Did Palworld 1.0 really change the breeding combinations?
Yes. Pocketpair’s 1.0 release notes state the combination table was completely revised to better match game progression. Pre-1.0 spreadsheets and calculators can silently give wrong results — that’s why every result here carries a verification badge.
What do the status badges mean?
✓ 1.0 verified — confirmed against 1.0 game files or reproduced in-game after July 10, 2026. pre-1.0 · pending — carried over from the early-access dataset while re-verification is in progress. unconfirmed — new 1.0 content whose values haven’t been datamined yet.
What is the mutation chance in Palworld 1.0?
The datamined baseline is about 1% per egg. Feeding Deluxe or Extravagant Vegetable Cake raises it to roughly 3% per egg, while regular Vegetable Cake instead produces two eggs per cycle (two rolls). Numbers come from a 1.0 game-file datamine and are marked accordingly in the mutation calculator; we update them as independent confirmations land.
What do mutated Pals actually get?
High IVs and access to mutation-exclusive rainbow passives — Immortality, Idiosyncratic, Babysitter and Heavily Armored — plus, per early community reports, two condensation stars on hatch. Exact stat multipliers are still being tested; we flag what’s datamined vs. community-reported on the calculator page.
Did 1.0 change passive skill inheritance odds?
No change found so far — the datamined odds remain 40% / 30% / 20% / 10% for inheriting exactly 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 passives from the parents’ pool. New in 1.0: the Special Cake (Technology 74) guarantees the child inherits 4 passives from the pool — the endgame tool for perfect breeds. Do the math on the passive skill calculator.
Where does the data come from?
Datamined 1.0 game files (breeding ranks, unique-combination overrides, mutation rates) cross-checked against in-game results reported by the community. Every row carries its verification status, and the dataset date is stamped on each page — currently July 12, 2026.
